After working for years in construction and transportation, Ric has come to love the signage industry and being a part of the ER2 team. The fun atmosphere and sense of accomplishment each project brings are his favorite parts of the job. When Ric isn’t at work, he spends time hanging out with his large family and watching football (go Bears and Northwestern!). He lives with a lab/Rottweiler mix named Jack, who has been his best friend since he adopted him 10 years ago.
