Maybe you don’t need to assemble the largest banner in the world. But it’s nice to know we can do that.

Let’s say your next idea isn’t just big – it’s enormous. Literally. Like a gigantic banner draped down the side of the Merchandise Mart that people need to see from a great distance.

Meet the finishing tool designed to help us assemble that job even more efficiently than ever – the Miller Weldmaster 112 Extreme.

Our latest and greatest machine gives Bloomingdale Signs by Tomorrow the ability to weld together large banners and panels in just one pass.

What kind of jobs can the Weldmaster handle?
Put it this way – when Greenpeace needed to weld the seams of the largest banner in the world, a 72 foot x 72 foot banner, the Weldmaster Extreme was used for it. And while we can’t take credit for producing that particular banner, with the same machine now in-house, we certainly can give it a serious run for its money in case you want to try for a Guinness Book record.

What’s the quality like?
Excellent. The 112 Extreme aligns separate pieces with ease and holds them tightly in place with a vacuum while welding. So the seams are practically invisible.
