Michal (pronounced ME-HOW) grew up surrounded by art, as he watched his dad work on projects, many related to graphic design. So it’s no wonder that Michal fits in so comfortably at ER2, where he gets to manage and work on artwork in all shapes and sizes.
Attention to detail and getting the job right are very important to him, as is interacting with his co-workers. One area where Michal—who was born in Poland—does disagree with most of his department is in his preference for watching soccer over other sports. He’s still welcome to our Bears tailgates, though!
At home, he and his wife Dagmara have two sons, Alexander and Dominik, as well as a short—but very hefty—Yorkie named Lola. For fun Michal enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities, especially white water kayaking. He estimates he has paddled more than 3000 miles! Whether on land or on water, we’re certainly glad to have Michal on the team.
