What is the largest file I can email or upload?
While our email server will allow emails up to 50 megabytes we only recommend attaching files up to 10 megabytes, there are no file size limitations on our ftp site.
How long does a vehicle wrap last?
Using our 3m self adhesive vinyl, 3m laminate and our 3m certified installers your vehicle wrap should be safe against uv fading and vinyl failure for up to 5 years!
Does ER2 Image Group match PMS colors?
Yes. However, majority of our grand format digital equipment prints 4 color process. Our operators and printer profiles will calculate the closest CMYK equivalent based on the printer, media and overlaminates being used on your job. Our graphic designers preflight ever electronic file to check for any pms colors called out on the file to ensure accurate color matching.
Will the printed product look like the proof displayed on the screen?
Due to different monitor calibrations and settings, some colors may not always match the ones on your computer monitor.
How long does it take to produce a vehicle wrap?
We usually require 3 days for production once the design is approved.
Can my vehicle be washed after I apply lettering?
We recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours before washing & waxing your vehicle.
How can I upload art to you?
We have 3 ways to electronically receive your art. We host an ftp site. For our clients that upload a lot of files, our ftp server has the capabilities of providing you a private area that is password protected and only visible to you. Our website has an upload section (link) that will allow you to upload large files directly through the site. You can also email your account representative your file or send the file to sales@er2image.com. Our email has a 50 meg limitation.
What is Color Management Workflow?
Color Management Workflow is the art and science of defining what colors the numbers in your documents represent, then preserving or controlling those colors as the work flows from capture, through editing, to output.
Different fonts and color combinations can effect distance readability. In addition, if your sign is being read while driving in a car or walking past will change the design and color/font combinations. Our experienced design team will ensure your sign is readable in any situation.
How does full color graphics help my image?
Full color graphics have the potential to make your business more professional and consistently branded. High resolution and full color graphics also increase the customer’s perception of the quality of the service and/or product.
What’s the difference between a partial vehicle wrap and a full vehicle wrap?
A full vehicle wrap covers every area of exposed paint on the vehicle – while a partial wrap might only cover a side or a body panel.
Is the color I see on my monitor accurate to what I’ll receive?
Because color is subjective and can be produced by many methods, there may be slight variations in the way color appears. Using state-of-the-art technology, we will, in almost all cases, be able to provide the specified color.
Do I need laminate on my sign?
In many cases, lamination is not required to produce a durable product, but can enhance the appearance and will extend the life of any sign.
Do you provide installation services?
There are different types of sign installations, and ER2 Image Group can handle them all. Whether we hire an outside installer for major jobs, or take care of the installation ourselves; we’ll make sure that the installation is completed on time and within budget.

What is the process for determining the best sign for my needs?
We begin every project with a new customer discussing the intention or purpose of the sign. Where will the sign be viewed? How will the sign be placed or installed? Etc. This series of questions will help us determine the best materials, colors and mounting methods in constructing your sign to achieve your desired outcome.
Do you make signs in standard sizes?
At ER2 Image Group, we make custom signs and banners, so we can build your sign at any size needed to achieve your desired outcome. There are some standard sizes for basic real estate signs and some regulatory signs, such as parking signs, but the majority of the signs we produce are designed to fit the needs of the customer and the variables of where the sign will be displayed.
At ER2 Image Group, we use a wide variety of materials in the construction of our signs. We have materials that are preferred for short-term applications as well as materials that will withstand the test of time.
Can I really have my sign by tomorrow?
Yes. We pride ourselves in providing the best quality signs, when you need them. Our policy is that for most signs, all orders approved by noon today will be ready no later than 4pm tomorrow. In some cases, we can even have your signs the same day.

What file format can I use if I email it to you?
Generally AI, EPS and PDF are preferred. If your files are in other formats contact us to speak with a design consultant.
Can you use a digital image from my camera?
Yes, but there are limitations with enlarging digital images, therefore, quality may suffer. Contact us to discuss your specific image and the ability to incorporate the image into your new sign.
Do you make business cards, flyers and menus?
Although we do not produce these products within our facility, we have developed relationships with local print vendors and can provide a list of preferred vendors for you to choose from.
We use Onyx Production House exclusively on all our production printers.
