Chiefs on Broadway: Turning Vision into Art in the Heart of Nashville

When ER2 Image Group was approached to collaborate on a project at Second and Broadway in the vibrant city of Nashville, we jumped at the opportunity. The chance to contribute to the city’s dynamic culture, known for its live music, delicious food, and electric energy, was one we couldn’t pass up.

This project, spearheaded by AJ Capital, involved transforming the exterior of Eric Church’s new bar into a stunning display of stained glass-like windows. It wasn’t just about creating something visually striking—it was about immortalizing the country music heroes who shaped Eric Church’s artistry. Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Bob Seger, and others would be celebrated in larger-than-life illuminated panels for millions to see each year.

Adding Value Through Innovation

The first question we always ask ourselves when taking on a new project is, “How can we add value?” For this initiative, the answer came in the form of innovation. Creating stained glass-inspired windows wasn’t a simple task. We needed a material that was both durable and visually impactful.

After brainstorming and testing, we landed on polycarbonate panels, designed to mimic the beauty of stained glass. These panels were transformed into illuminated lightboxes that fit seamlessly into the space, providing a glowing tribute to country music legends day and night.

Overcoming Challenges and Achieving Excellence

As with any ambitious project, there were challenges. From selecting the right materials to ensuring the illuminated panels could withstand Nashville’s bustling environment, every detail required precision and creativity. Yet, the final product speaks for itself—a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship that not only honors Eric Church’s heroes but also elevates Broadway’s iconic appeal.

Immortalizing Our Craft in Music History

For us at ER2 Image Group, this project is more than just work—it’s a legacy. Seeing our creations displayed in one of the most iconic music hubs in the world is both humbling and inspiring. It’s a reminder of why we do what we do: to bring art, innovation, and passion together in ways that leave a lasting impact.

We’re proud to have played a role in making Eric Church’s vision a reality. It’s projects like this that fuel our creativity and deepen our gratitude for the opportunities we have to contribute to the arts and music communities.

As we walk down Broadway and see our work shining brightly, we know this is a piece we’ll be proud of for years to come.
