I love paying attention to the little things on the job to be sure the big things get done just right.
In this role, there are two attributes you really need to be strongest in.
That’s having a great memory and organizational skills. Those two areas have been extremely helpful in my work as a Senior Production Manager, particularly when it comes to consistently keeping the large machinery we use at ER2 in working order.
