Alan brings experience, consistency, and a team-first mindset to his role at ER2. After 15 years with the company, he values the environment and the people around him more than anything. For him, being part of a strong team and working in a place where everyone supports each other is what makes the job truly enjoyable.
Outside of work, Alan keeps things simple and meaningful. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Ana Maria, their two Yorkie mixes, Rocky and Kirby, and catching up with good friends whenever he can.
Music has always been a big part of his life. From discovering The Beatles at a young age to listening to everything from Slayer to Bob Marley, his taste covers just about everything. In his mind, good music is good music, no matter the genre.
If there is one thing he would like to master, it is golf. He enjoys playing with friends, even if the results do not always match the effort.
At the end of the day, Alan takes the most pride in the people around him. Family has always been at the center of his life, and he credits that support system for shaping who he is today. Easygoing and positive, Alan brings a steady presence and a good attitude to everything he does.
