Joel thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. At ER2, that is exactly what he gets. His role spans across design, pre-press, and production, where he focuses on solving workflow challenges, optimizing processes, and helping bring client ideas to life in new and creative ways. For Joel, the constant problem solving and opportunity to push the limits of design are what make the job exciting.
Growing up surrounded by both art and computers, Joel found a natural path combining the two early on. That foundation still drives him today, as he continues to stay on top of the latest in design and technology. He is always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and refine how things get done.
Outside of work, Joel brings that same discipline and focus into other areas of his life. He dedicated more than six years to studying Kenpo and earned his black belt, an accomplishment he takes great pride in.
A true Chicago sports fan, Joel supports the Bears, Bulls, Cubs, and Blackhawks. Whether it is in his work or his interests, he brings energy, focus, and a drive to keep improving every day.
