Jon is all about getting the details right. As a Senior Project Manager at ER2, he thrives on problem solving for complex projects and pushing what’s possible. His favorite part is watching everything come together at the end and seeing big ideas become a reality.
Outside of work, Jon is usually building something or figuring out how to. He enjoys camping and woodworking, and recently combined those passions to fully rebuild a tow-behind camper, which he enjoys with his family on long road trips. As a former mechanic, he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, but also understands delicate craftsmanship required to capitalize on the execution.
His musical taste lean towards alternative music from the late 90’s, but also enjoys what he calls “overproduced pop songs.” When it comes to movies and TV, he appreciates anything with sharp writing, but it’s clear he has a habit of communicating in quotes from some of his favorite TV shows like The Office, Seinfeld, and Parks & Rec. Analytical, curious, and always ready with a joke, Jon brings a thoughtful approach and a sense of humor to everything he does.
