Michal brings precision, leadership, and a deep appreciation for detail to his role at ER2. As Director of Planning and Field Operations, he focuses on making sure every project is executed the right way from start to finish. His approach is simple. Be thorough, give maximum effort, and make sure the job gets done right. Paired with his natural ability to connect with people, it is a combination that serves him well in a fast-moving environment where every day brings something new.
Originally from Bialystok, Poland, Michal grew up surrounded by art and creativity. Watching his father work on artistic projects at a young age helped shape his path, eventually leading him to earn a Master’s Degree in Architecture. Today, he puts that background to work helping bring complex ideas to life at ER2.
At home, Michal stays just as busy. He and his wife, Daga, along with their two sons, Alexander and Dominik, and their rescued dogs, Pepsi and Blue, keep life full and active. When he does find time to himself, you can often find him on the water. An avid kayaker, Michal has taken on more than 3,000 miles of whitewater over the years.
A passionate soccer fan, Michal knows his love for the game is not always shared by everyone at ER2, but that is part of what makes the culture special. Different backgrounds, different interests, and a shared commitment to doing great work together.
