Heather keeps a close eye on the numbers that help drive ER2 forward. As Staff Accountant, she tracks performance, supports growth, and brings a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to the role. With a background in both Communication and Education, she breaks the mold of the typical accountant and brings strong people skills to go along with her analytical mindset.
Outside of work, Heather stays busy with her family. She and her husband, Jason, have a son, Ean, along with two dogs, Ivy and Javy. If the name sounds familiar, it is a nod to her love for the Cubs. A longtime fan, she once had season tickets and lived just a short walk from Wrigley Field for several years.
Sports are a big part of Heather’s world. She follows all four major Chicago teams and also proudly supports her Boilermakers. Whether she is tracking numbers or cheering from the stands, Heather brings energy, loyalty, and passion to everything she does.
