Jared brings a creative edge and a love for challenge to his work at ER2. With a wide range of projects always coming through, he enjoys the constant variety and the opportunity to take on something new every day. For him, that’s what keeps the work interesting and rewarding.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Jared spent much of his childhood immersed in the Polynesian lifestyle. While he plans to make his way back to Hawaii someday, he’s built a life here with plenty of inspiration along the way. Surprisingly, he’s not a fan of fish, which he’ll admit makes him a bit of an outlier for someone from the islands.
Outside of work, Jared has a long-standing passion for skateboarding. He first stepped on a board at five years old and has stuck with it ever since. These days, he’s channeling that passion into designing his own series of skateboard graphics, with plans to bring them into production.
When he’s not designing or skating, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife, especially walking through the Morton Arboretum in the spring and fall. The annual glass pumpkin festival is a favorite tradition, proving that sometimes the best spots are a little closer to home.
