Jim brings a problem-solving mindset and a steady hand to operations and engineering at ER2. Having worked with the company in different capacities since 2011 and officially joining the team in 2021, he has a strong understanding of both the work and the people behind it. For Jim, the best part of the job is the variety. No two days are the same, and each project brings a new challenge to tackle.
Outside of work, Jim stays busy with family life. You will usually find him on the sidelines or in the stands, supporting and coaching his kids through their sports and activities.
If he could master one skill, it would be speaking multiple languages, something that reflects his interest in learning and connecting in new ways. On the work side, he takes pride in being part of impactful projects, including the UBER installation at the Old Post Office, featuring the 3form wall and the infinite mirror over the stairway.
