As a Senior Account Executive, she keeps multiple projects moving at once, from managing emails and building quotes to ordering inventory and guiding jobs from start to finish. Staying organized and on top of it all is just part of her routine.
When she’s not at work, Michelle is usually at the gym. It’s her home away from home, and a big part of the active, healthy lifestyle she prioritizes. That same discipline carries over into how she approaches her work every day.
Michelle values the relationships she’s built at ER2 and considers the team an extension of her family. Over the years, she’s continued to grow alongside the company, taking on new challenges and embracing the variety that comes with the job.
When it’s time to get away, Michelle heads somewhere warm. Give her a beach, some sunshine, and she’s happy, with Mexico at the top of her list. And when she’s back home, you can count on her cheering on the Bulls. There’s nothing like a game at the United Center.
