Patrick brings experience, leadership, and a long-standing connection to ER2 into his role. He has been part of the journey since the early days, first working with the Schellerer family back in high school and college when the company operated as a Signs By Tomorrow franchise. That history gives him a unique perspective on how far things have come and where they are headed.
In his role, Patrick focuses on keeping everything moving forward. From managing day-to-day project flow for large clients to helping lead the account executive team, he makes sure everyone has what they need to succeed. His mindset is simple. Stay on task, stay on time, and deliver every time.
Outside of work, Patrick is usually at the ice rink. Whether he is playing or coaching hockey, it is where he loves to be. When he is not on the ice, you can likely find him on the golf course with his wife Michelle and their two sons. Both are top of the list when it comes to his favorite places to spend time.
Patrick is a big believer in the team around him. He values the strong support system and leadership at ER2, along with the opportunity to take on new challenges and help bring client ideas to life. With a music taste that ranges from classic rock to alternative to country, and a focus on providing for his family and creating opportunities for his kids, Patrick brings a steady, team-first approach to everything he does.
