Rachelle has been part of the ER2 story since the very beginning. From the early days in a small 1200 square foot space with a single vinyl plotter to where the company is today, she has seen it all. That history gives her a unique perspective and a deep connection to the people and the growth of ER2.

In her role as Purchasing Manager, Rachelle values being part of a team that feels like family. The relationships she has built over the years are what make the work meaningful and keep her motivated every day.

Outside of work, Rachelle’s focus is on family. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and extended family, along with staying active through running and being outdoors. When it is time to slow down, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and music.

She has always had a creative side, once dreaming of becoming a singer or actress and even landing the lead role in her school’s production of Annie. These days, her playlist spans a wide range of genres, with a growing appreciation for country music thanks to her kids. She also enjoys movies with strong storytelling, with Good Will Hunting among her favorites.

If she could master one skill, it would be playing the guitar. Above all, Rachelle is most proud of her children and the life she has built with her family. Loyal, compassionate, and grounded, she brings heart and dedication to everything she does.
