Summer in the city may never be the same.
Just few steps away from theater and music productions at the Goodman Theatre, Oriental Theatre and Chicago Theatre, ER2 Image Group (Formerly Bloomingdale Signs by Tomorrow) is launching a giant production of its own on State Street with an engagement that runs all summer long.
Color Jam 2012 is an outdoor public art installation that will fill an entire State Street intersection with colorful displays from artist Jessica Stockholder.
Since part of that display involves welding together gigantic sections of banner that are going into production right now, there was no doubt that we had to bring in the big guns – as in our Miller Weldmaster 112 Extreme.
