Stepping into a tradeshow, attendees are overwhelmed with banners, booths, and businesses all competing for their attention. In all that buzz and chaos, how are you going to stand out among the crowd?

At ER2, we know a thing or two about standing out. Account Executive, Linda Tellez, has been helping clients get the attention they deserve for years, working with them to create just the right look to catch the eye of tradeshow attendees. As a primary source in the industry, Linda doesn’t just keep up with the trends; she stays ahead of them.

Since joining the ER2 team, Linda has seen the demand for tradeshow graphics really boom. As we continue to move away from vinyl PVC and into fabric dye sublimation, the possibilities are endless. With the flexibility of fabric, ER2 can seamlessly create a bold, clean look that’s more lightweight than vinyl. Fabric can be used in exhibits to form organic shapes for a 3D effect that intrigues attendee, encouraging them to learn more about your company.

IMG_2839_editNot only is it eye-catching; fabric graphics are efficient. With the addition of a silicon edge and pillowing, these graphics are easier to ship and install. Fabric is also modular and can be easily reprinted and used on the same frame when designs change, making it more cost effective.

In today’s fast-paced world, there is often less time to turn projects around. With ER2’s capabilities, fabric graphics can be printed quickly without sacrificing the quality of inks or materials. Linda has experienced plenty of tight turn-arounds and knows that “clients have been working on their tradeshow for months and months, and they often need quick turn printing within a week or two before the event. If a client comes in and needs fabric graphics in a week, we can get it done.”

In the hustle and bustle of tradeshow prep, it’s important that our team plans ahead. “A large challenge with fabric,” Linda explains, “is gravity. Especially with organic shapes. Because you never know exactly how fabric will react to the tension, we use our knowledge of past projects to help eliminate any issues before they occur. If you’re going to have a 30-ft diameter frame, there may be sagging. Knowing this ahead of time helps us compensate and minimize the sagging so that it still looks good aesthetically. It’s all in the details. You have to think like the fabric.”

Linda’s experience working with tradeshow graphics is a monumental part of our process as well as a great addition to our team. So whether your tradeshow is next month or next year, count on ER2 to brand your image with fabric. Contact us to get your graphics started today.
