New Technology Allows For ADA-Compliant Braille Printing

Braille printing is traditionally done by inserting little balls into a material or by using a chemical process. It’s an essential art form, but it’s also a time consuming one.

On a related note, we have big news at ER2: We’re printing braille! Thanks to new 3D braille printing technology, our capabilities now include ultra fast, digitally printed braille signage.

This ADA-compliant technology uses UV curable material to build up the braille elements. It gives us much more creative freedom, including the ability to print photographically on the spot. Because it’s all done in one easy step, we produce braille signage at speeds that weren’t previously possible with traditional methods.

It’s not just braille, either. We can do all types of textured signs to add dimension and life to your work. Head over to our Capabilities page for more info on 3D braille printing for retail point of purchase and architectural applications.

No matter how big your project might be, ER2 Image Group makes it look better than you imagine. Talk to us today.
