Alan values the people at ER2 above everything else. Over the years, many of his longest and strongest relationships have been built here, some lasting decades. That sense of connection, combined with the opportunity to work on high-profile projects for some of the biggest brands in the world, is what makes the work so meaningful. Seeing those visions come to life is both humbling and rewarding.
Outside of work, Alan stays active and engaged in a variety of ways. Whether it is working on his golf game, playing and writing music, or watching his kids compete in sports, he enjoys staying involved. He also prioritizes health and balance through exercise and yoga, and values time spent relaxing with his wife, especially over a great glass of wine.
When it comes to entertainment, he leans toward music-driven stories and light, clever shows that bring some humor into the mix. If he could master any skill instantly, it would be flying an airplane, something he has always wanted to do.
At the core of everything is family. He takes the most pride in raising his three children and building a life centered around growth, learning, and showing up every day. In many ways, building a business and raising a family share the same approach. You figure it out as you go and give it your best.
