Mark thrives on challenges, and that is exactly what he gets every day at ER2. As Vice President and Partner, he enjoys tackling new problems, finding solutions, and helping move the business forward. No two days are the same, and that constant change is what keeps him engaged.
Part of the Schellerer family legacy, Mark brings both leadership and a hands-on mindset to his role. His focus is on delivering strong customer service and practical solutions, making sure clients get the results they need while keeping projects moving in the right direction.
Outside of work, Mark’s background is just as dynamic. He was an all-state middle linebacker in high school and has even worked as a ski lift operator in Colorado. These days, he still enjoys staying active, whether that means snowboarding or playing guitar.
A loyal Chicago sports fan, Mark stands firmly with the Bears. And when it comes to rivals, he keeps it simple. One word says it all: Cheeseheads.
