Michele approaches every day with the mindset that there is always something new to learn and a new challenge to take on. As a Senior Account Executive at ER2, she plays a key role in keeping projects moving and clients happy. From coordinating installs and building estimates to managing materials and solving production challenges, she brings a team-first attitude and a strong commitment to getting the job done right.
A proud Lake Park alum, Michele shares roots with many of her coworkers, having grown up in the Roselle area after moving from the city at a young age. That local connection adds to the strong sense of familiarity and teamwork she values at ER2.
Michele enjoys the ever-evolving nature of design and the endless ways ideas can be brought to life. Outside of work, her focus is on family. She and her husband Manny have two sons, and spending time together is what matters most. Whether she is at home with family or on vacation in Hawaii, those moments are her favorite place to be.
