Neil thrives on variety and the constant flow of new challenges at ER2. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly how he likes it. Whether it’s tackling a new design or working through a complex project, he enjoys staying busy and pushing through whatever comes his way.
A Chicago-area native, Neil grew up in Elmhurst and found his way to ER2 without having to go far. It turned out the best place to work was right in his own backyard.
Outside of work, Neil prefers to be on the move. He enjoys traveling and has his sights set on destinations like Europe, Egypt, and Japan. Closer to home, you’ll usually find him outdoors hiking, riding his motorcycle, or spending time at the range.
A big Boston fan at heart, Neil will always back the Bruins. Straightforward and genuine, what you see is what you get. His family, friends, and coworkers know him well, and he’s perfectly good with that.
